                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM PARTHASARATI DILEEPAN
                   AND MALATHIY DILEEPAN, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT
                   NO. 73A, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS, TRACT
                   NO. 103, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF TWO
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,000.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Parthasarati Dileepan and
       Malathiy Dileepan, relative to Contract No. 73A, Big Ridge
       Collector Sewers, Tract No. 103, for a total consideration of
       $2,000.00.
